By using this website, submitting a form, requesting an appointment, or using Brysons Technologies services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

Appointments

Scheduler submissions are requests only. Appointments are not confirmed until Brysons Technologies contacts you. We may reschedule, decline, or request more information before accepting a service call.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for backing up important data when possible, providing accurate contact and service information, ensuring you have authority over devices or systems submitted for work, and removing or withholding passwords and sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure process.

AI-Assisted Service Support

We may use AI-assisted tools for classification, research, diagnostics support, repair planning, documentation, and internal workflow improvement. By using our website or services, you acknowledge this use. AI-assisted outputs may be reviewed, corrected, or rejected by Brysons Technologies staff.

Service Limitations

We work to provide reliable support, but repairs, data recovery, malware removal, network work, camera systems, and software work can involve risks. We do not guarantee recovery of all data, removal of every threat, compatibility with every system, or uninterrupted operation after service.

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. In-house software, scripts, tools, templates, or code that Brysons Technologies expressly releases under the MIT License are governed by the MIT License page. Other materials remain owned by Brysons Technologies or their respective owners.
